ADAM LEIBOWITZ
As a founding partner in Alta Constructors, Adam concentrates his efforts on business development and client relations. Prior to starting Alta alongside partners Andy Neuman and Joel Parks, Adam and Andy co-founded Double A Development in 2005. Adam has managed the development portfolio of the company since its inception. With development efforts concentrated within the urban core of Nashville, Double A’s project inventory ranges from single family homes to large scale, multi-family development. Previous to Double A, Adam worked for Bristol Development Group. During his time with Bristol, Adam participated in the development of multi-family properties throughout the southeastern United States.

Adam also served as an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management teaching a graduate level Real Estate Finance course. He is active in the local chapter of the Urban Land Institute as well as other volunteer efforts. Adam holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.

ANDY NEUMAN
Andy has been in the real estate and construction business for over 18 years. He opened Handyman Connection of Middle Tennessee in 1993. From 1995 - 2001, Andy was the CEO of Handyman Connection Corporate (a 150 unit home repair & remodeling franchise system). In 2005, he co-founded Double A Development with Adam Leibowitz. Further, Neuman started Window Fitters of Middle Tennessee and is a founding partner of Alta Constructors.

Andy serves on numerous boards including the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, the Home Builders Association of Tennessee and the West Nashville Sports League. Andy volunteers much of his time to area community organizations, which benefit Nashville’s youth such as Junior Achievement and the Nashville Sports Council. Andy was awarded the Volunteer of the Year in 2000 by the Nashville Sports Council.

JOEL PARKS
After joining Double A Development, Joel Parks became a partner of Alta Constructors alongside Adam Leibowitz and Andy Neuman. Joel focuses on construction management for the firm. Joel also continues his position as Vice President for Double A as a project manager for construction of their projects in the Middle Tennessee market. Joel holds a degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University. Joel has over 25 years of experience in the areas of construction management, the management of sales operations, estimating, purchasing and overall project management.

Prior to joining Double A Development, Joel held positions as Vice President of Development with Bristol Development Group, Vice President of Construction with Classic Homes, President/Principal with The Westwood Companies. During his nine years at David Weekley Homes, Joel served as a City Manager, Project Manager and Purchasing Manager.
